PROFESSIONALISM

The photographer and client would display professional acts at all times, before, during and after the shoot. Anyone who is not required on set (excluding make up artists, stylists and art directors) is not allowed to be on set while the shoot is in process.

FEE

Client agrees to pay to the photographer half the payment of the initial cost of the shoot as a form of deposit 20 days prior to the day of the shoot and pays up the balance upon photographers’ arrival on the day of the shoot.

MINORS

ALL minors are required to have their parents or guardian contact the photographer and sign an agreement with the photographer before a shoot would be conducted.

NO CALL NO SHOW

If a client does not call to cancel (at least 2 weeks before the day of the shoot) or does not show up at a shoot scheduled, this would result in the loss of the initial deposit payed to the photographer as a compensation for time.

LATENESS/TARDINESS

If the client does not call 1 hour prior to shoot time to notify the photographer of any form of lateness or is more than 10 minutes late to the shoot, the photographer has the right to leave without refunding any prior deposit made. Also, if the photographer shows up to the shoot more than 10 minutes late without calling the client to notify them of any form of tardiness, the client has all rights to request for a full refund of the initial deposit made.

OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS  

The Model agrees that the Photographs, the copyright of the Photographs and all other rights of the Photographs are the sole property of the Photographer (the art creator) and that ONLY the Photographer may protect the copyright or dispose of or authorize the use of any or all such rights in any manner whatsoever. All rights to possess sole ownership of the photographs are to be purchased from the photographer before any printing or reproduction is done. Failure to abide by this may result in a legal action taken against the client.
